The team had strong creative assets but needed a reliable cross-platform shell that could animate breathing cadences smoothly, start on iOS with a path to Android, instrument usage from day one, and introduce subscriptions without breaking a calming core experience — all within startup-style timelines.

- 02 Implemented breathing engine, timers and audio layering from Figma in tight TestFlight loops with the client and artist
- 03 Integrated Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics for modes, sessions and stability
- 04 Post-MVP: push notifications, expanded sound libraries, extra breathing modes, IAP/subscriptions, Google Play release
